This is a well located piece of land approximately 1 mile from Tempo and just off the Clabby Road.  It is a well sheltered piece of ground with good mature hedges thereon.  The land is good deep rich ground which produces heavy crops of grass for both cutting and grazing. It is intersected by the county road which gives goods access to most of the land.  There are good exterior fences and a never failing water supply running through the land.
